| Your HealingMusic.org account allows you to buy Song Downloads, CDs or Custom CDs. You can also view your order history, download purchased songs, save songs to My Favorites, and create Custom CDs. We work with SongPeddler as our e-commerce partner, so you will see their company name when during the order process when you purchase Song Downloads or any other product on this website. Rest assured that your account information is confidential - we do not share or sell your information to any other company or person. |

| What payment methods can I use? |
| You can purchase Song Downloads with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal. We also accept payment via debit cards if they have the Visa or Mastercard logo. You can also buy Song Downloads by using pre-purchased HealingMusic.org Store Credit. |

| Where can I view or download the songs I've purchased? |
1. Go to "MyAccount" (top right of any page in The Healing Music Discovery Store)
2. Login with the username (email address) and password you setup already.
3. Click on " Download Purchased Songs" link to view the status of all your purchased Song Downloads (if the link in the far-right column is underlined, the song is still available to download)
4. Download your songs one at a time by clicking on each songs' Download link (right column) - be sure to "save" each song to a specific location on your computer where your audio software can access it later.
5. If a song download is interrupted or incomplete, please contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner for assistance. |

| If you are a California resident, you will be charged sales tax on your Song Download purchases. The tax will be added to your order total during checkout. |

| No, all Song Download sales are final. If there is a quality problem with the Song Download file, or if you had trouble completing the download process, please contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner, for assistance. |
