We use best-of-class encryption and firewall technology to protect your personal and billing information, including name, address, and credit card details to ensure they cannot be read as they travel over the Internet or accessed through our secure servers. This means that every transaction made on this website is safe; you will not pay for any unauthorized credit card charges resulting from shopping at HealingMusic.org. We use Netscape's Secure Commerce Server technology, called "SSL" (Secure Socket Layer), to encrypt your order information, keeping it private and protected. SSL is a proven, industry-standard technology that is used by most major commercial shopping sites, including The Wall Street Journal, Barnes & Noble Books, FTD Flowers, Microsoft, and Netscape itself. If there is a problem with your purchase, the credit card company will remove the purchase from your bill and the on-line merchant will not be paid. If your credit card number is stolen, the credit card companies do not hold you responsible for any unauthorized purchases.
Also Note:
1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable to this $50, HealingMusic.org will cover the entire liability for you, up to the maximum of $50.
2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
3. HealingMusic.org will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at HealingMusic.org.
Placing Your Order
We accept orders via this secure website, mail, or phone. All orders for non-custom items are processed within one week. Orders for custom items (e.g., Custom Mix CDs and Custom CD Singles) are processed within two weeks. Song Downloads are avaiable immediately upon payment confirmation. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped.
Availability
We want to get your music in your hands as quickly as possible, so we stock all catalog selections in-house. We verify inventory status daily and work closely with our music creators to ensure that the music in our catalog is readily available when you want it. In the unusual event that an item is out of stock or is available only in limited quantities, you will see a message next to the item price. Should this result in a backorder, we will contact you and try to get the item within 30 days. If the item cannot be shipped within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and we will notify you by e-mail (or, if you prefer, by phone).
Payment Methods
Orders may be paid via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, check, or money order. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars only.
Credit Cards & PayPal
HealingMusic.org accepts payment via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations.
To process your order, we will need the cardholder name, billing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. For orders placed via fax or mail, the cardholder signature is also needed.
If you have previously placed an order and want to use the same credit card, select the "Use previous credit card info" option. You do not need to enter your credit card information unless your credit card expiration date has passed. All charges will be made in U.S. funds. An authorization will be requested on your credit card when you place your order. Your bank may choose to reserve this amount on your card for a period of time, typically a couple of days but occasionally up to 30 days.
Checks and Money Orders
HealingMusic.org accepts payment by check or money order. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Please write your order number on the check or money order. Your order number will be provided to you via email after you have placed the order. Note that payment by personal check may delay your order by up to ten (10) business days from receipt of payment (the time it takes for the check to clear your bank account).
Shipping
All orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service. We use First Class mail for 1-2 CDs, and Priority Mail for any order of 3 or more CDs. The typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks within the United States. For International orders, allow an additional 1-2 weeks for customs inspection and your regional postal delivery service.
The United States Region includes the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, United States possessions, and territories. Note that APO/FPO shipments may be delayed due to heightened postal security regulations.
All United States orders are shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on the number of items in a given shipment. All amounts are shown in U.S dollars. Note that California addresses are also subject to a 7.5% sales tax.
International Shipments
HealingMusic.org can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Audio Compact Discs" or "Audio Cassettes." We must also fill in the value of the order on this sticker. We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise.
Returns
Because HealingMusic.org provides you with the opportunity to sample music before you buy, all sales are final. This excludes damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a CD or cassette case arrives damaged, email orders@HealingMusic.org or call 877.766.4733 (toll free) with your order information and the item title. We will send you a free replacement jewel case.
In the case of defective CDs, Cassettes, or Digital Music Downloads, please Contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner, for a return/replacement authorization. We will send you a replacement item as soon as we have received the damaged or defective item.
In the case of defective or inaudible Digital Music Downloads, HealingMusic.org will provide you access to download a fresh copy of the file.You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Also, note that a defective item can only be replaced by the same item; another item cannot be substituted.
Lost Items
If an item is not received and is considered lost, please Contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner, Please allow 15 business days from date shipped for domestic orders, and 30 business days from date shipped for international orders before declaring an item lost.
